Any other XM subscribers sick of Chet Holmes commercials every 10 minutes?  I confess that I bought his book though (haven't read it yet).  I was on my way to an appraisal in Pleasant Hill when I even heard Tony Robbins come on XM and advertise for Chet!  Come on Tony, whadda doin?!

The Obama Administration released info on their housing rescue plan today.  I will read that!
