The Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) is now in full effect. 

I'm wondering how this is going to play out.  My orders are down slightly, but too early to tell if it's HVCC's fault.

Remember my lovely & faithful clients, HVCC does not apply to FHA loans, so send them over!  :-)
