I wanted to take a moment to say "Thank you" to all my clients I had the pleasure of appraising for this past year and wish everyone a very Happy New Year! I completed 351 appraisals in 2009, most of which were FNMA 1004 full interior inspection appraisals, a handful of exterior only appraisals and a handful of review appraisals (field and desktop). I also attended a total of 48 hours of continuing education to keep my skills as an appraiser sharp and up to date.
