I'm starting to get a lot of orders and I wonder if other appraisers are as well.  Is this the refi boom I've been told is coming?  Let's hope so!

By the way, I've signed up to ride my bike on a 7-day 545 mile charity bike ride for AIDS/HIV services called AIDS/LifeCycle 8.  I did it last year and had a fantastic time.  Yes, 545 miles is a long way, but broken into 7 days is manageable.  You can check them out here: http://www.aidslifecycle.org
